First Hand Comments & Observations

Mt Sunapee is a great intermediate mountain. It's greatest strengths are superb Snow Making & Grooming plus a great view of Lake Sunapee and the surrounding countryside. Thanks to management savvy and an infinite water supply, Sunapee's snow makers can do wonders (oftentimes just overnight) to provide lots of superb skiing - even when there is zero natural snow (remember January 2007 - 40+ packed powder trails!). We ski frequently and will report here EXACTLY what we experience - good or otherwise.

Date:  April 20, 2008 - Great day to end a great season!! Come see us this summer and relax in Sunapee Harbor and enjoy all the great waterfront activities - free concerts, retail shops, dinner boat cruise, restaurants, etc. or just sit on our front porch and soak up the afternoon sun.
