DIRECTIONS

IMPORTANT!! - Many GPS map coordinates for 49 High St. are off by about 0.3 miles. Most GPS manufacturers will update their maps - hopefully soon. Until then, please either use Google Maps (they have correct coordinates) or enter "Intersection of High St and Elm St" (instead of 49 High St) and you will get correct directions.         

From Boston / Eastern Mass and Rhode Island: Get on Interstate 93 (North) and take it to Interstate 89 (North). I-89 North begins 6 miles north of the I-93 Toll Booth (in Hooksett). Proceed north on I-89 for about 36 miles and Take Exit 12 off of I-89. Turn left at the end of the I-89 Exit 12 ramp to go West on Route 11 towards Sunapee. You will now proceed on Rt 11 West for about 5.7 miles. You will pass through TWO Blinking Lights - the First one is in Georges Mills and the Second one is in Sunapee. Immediately AFTER the second Blinking Light (200 yards), take a left onto Route 103B. Take your first left (0.25 miles) onto High Street. Twin Doors B&B is the first house (Yellow Cape with Porch) on right-hand side of High Street (at the intersection of Elm St.)

From Connecticut and New York Get on Interstate 91 (North) and take it to Exit 8 (Route 103).  Turn right at the end of the I-91 Exit 8 ramp to go East towards Claremont, NH. Stay on Rt 103, across CT River into NH to Claremont. In Claremont, stay alert and follow the signs for Rt 103 East towards Newport. If you have difficulty, Rt 103 is "Washington St" in Claremont. In Newport, follow Rt 103/Rt 11 (left at traffic light) and be alert to take next right to stay on Rt 103/11 (East) towards Sunapee. Just past the "T-Bird" Gas Station (about 3 miles from Newport), Rt 103 and Rt 11 split. You want to take Rt 11 (bear left) towards Sunapee. When you approach Sunapee (about 3 miles from the split), the speed limit will go to 30 MPH. You then want to look for Rt 103B and take a right onto Rt 103B. If you miss Rt 103B, you will hit Blinking Light. Proceed on Rt 103B for about 0.25 miles and take your first left onto High Street. Twin Doors B&B is the first house (Yellow Cape with Porch) on right-hand side of High Street (at the intersection of Elm St.)

From Mt Sunapee Resort Mt Sunapee Resort Access road comes into Traffic Circle.  From the Traffic Circle, take Route 103B. Proceed on 103B for 3.0 miles Immediately after "Deck Dock" sign, is the intersection of High Street and 103B Take High Street at this intersection (slight right at intersection traffic island) Twin Doors B&B is the first house (Yellow Cape with Porch) on right-hand side of High Street (immediately before the intersection of Elm St.)
